Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Delivery to ensure safe and timely service. Most customers receive their orders within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.
We currently ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
At NurseCareSuites, we take great care to ensure your order is shipped securely and arrives as expected. However, once your package has been handed over to USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
Please note that NurseCareSuites is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by USPS.
