Can I receive a refund?
Yes, if you return an item for a refund, a $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. However, if you return an item for an exchange or store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.

What do I do if my order says delivered but wasn’t?
Nursecaresuites is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. For any issues concerning lost or stolen packages, please contact USPS or go to their website to file a claimhere.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
