What is the return policy?

Can I receive a refund?

Yes, if you return an item for a refund, a $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. However, if you return an item for an exchange or store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

To modify an existing order, kindly send an email to support@nursecaresuites.com with your name, order number, and requested changes promptly.

What do I do if my order says delivered but wasn’t?

Nursecaresuites is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. For any issues concerning lost or stolen packages, please contact USPS or go to their website to file a claim here.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
